Why can't I use the site? How is NoMoreDoghouse different to other card shops? You choose your cards and we then remember and send them to you when you need them. You only need think about cards once each year and we'll do the rest. When do you deliver the cards? We send them by 1st class post 10 days before the occasion, we will send you an email to let you know it has been posted so you can look out for it. What if my card doesn't arrive? In the unlikely event that your card doesn't arrive within 3 days of posting we will send another free of charge. We will remind you of this by email on the day of posting, so if it doesn't arrive simply email us and we'll send a replacement. What if I have a complaint? If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service please email DarrenDriscoll@NoMoreDoghouse.com. We take all aspects of our service very seriously and will do our utmost to resolve any problems you may have. When do I need to order? It is best to order as soon as possible, get it out of the way and let us worry about it. We can accept online orders any time between 1 year to 14 days before the event. If you do need an urgent card within the next 14 days please email us and we will try to help. What if I change my mind? You can amend or cancel an order up to 21 days before the event. Please email us with the details. Cancellations received within this time will be refunded in full. What if my card is out of stock? In the unlikely event that we accept your order and then find we are unable to provide the card you have chosen, we will contact you by email offering alternatives. If these are unacceptable we will refund your money in full. If you accept an alternative, as an apology, we will send you a credit voucher so that your next card ordered is free. What is your privacy policy? All information that you supply to us will be used solely by us to supply you with greetings cards and associated gifts.
